I take on selected board and advisory mandates at the intersection of AI strategy, product scaling and go-to-market — typically as Non-Executive Director, Board Observer, or advisor to CEO/CPTO and investors.

Particularly relevant for B2B SaaS, AI-native and PE-backed companies in growth and transformation phases. The thread across my operating roles has been the same: translating technology vision into measurable operational impact, sustainable structures and value creation.

  • super.AI: GM, CPO, COO — built and scaled an enterprise AI platform; closed two rounds totaling ~$30M (HV Capital, nfx, Mosaic, PSL).
  • Amazon Web Services: Corporate Expansion & Strategy with direct line into the AWS CEO Office; P&L of a data-center cluster (nine-figure range).
  • Adobe: international roles in digital business models and enterprise transformation.
